- Nature of Operations: We are an Authorized Channel Partner for multiple real estate developers (including Godrej Properties, ACE Group, M3M India, Sobha Limited, Gaursons, and others).
- Aggregator Platform: This Website is a property aggregation and consultancy portal managed by Sharpassets Consultancy. It acts as a bridge between Buyers and various Developers.
- Not a Developer: We are NOT the builder or developer of the projects listed on this Site. The projects are developed by third-party entities.
3. Services Provided & Free Usage
- Scope of Service: Our services include providing information about real estate projects, scheduling site visits, and offering professional consultancy regarding property investments.
- Free of Charge: Access to this Website and our initial consultancy services are provided free of charge to the User. We do not charge the User a fee for browsing property listings or submitting enquiries.
- No Payment Collection: This Website does not collect payments, booking amounts, or financial transactions. Any financial transaction regarding the purchase of a property is strictly between the Buyer and the respective Developer.
4. Accuracy of Information (Disclaimer of Warranties)

- Sharpassets Content (MCA Protected): The name “Sharpassets Consultancy”, our official Logo, Tagline, website design, layout, code, and original text are the exclusive intellectual property of Sharpassets Consultancy and are protected under the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and Copyright Act, 1957.
- Builder Assets: The trademarks, logos, project names (e.g., Godrej Tropical Isle, ACE Parkway, M3M Cullinan), and project images belong to the respective Developers. We use them here under a limited license/authorization/MOU for marketing purposes.
- Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without express written permission from us or the respective copyright owners.
6. User Conduct and Obligations
By using this Website, you agree NOT to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, or national law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, user data, or site backend.
